Junction City/Harrisburg/Monroe Habitat For Humanity is a volunteer-driven organization. We welcome people from all walks of life to join us as we build simple, decent, affordable houses in partnership with God and families in need.  We are blessed to have over a hundred volunteers who help build homes for our partner families, manage our fundraising booths and serve on committees and our Board of Directors. You can volunteer as an individual or as a group, and whatever time you contribute is welcomed, even if it is just once!

Habitat volunteers contribute more than muscle. Creativity, strategy, and technical skills are among the many invaluable traits volunteers bring to the organization. With a minimal staff, Junction City/Harrisburg/Monroe Habitat For Humanity depends upon volunteer committees for support with projects like Family Selection, Family Support, Public Relations, Construction Skills Training, and Volunteer Services.

We invite volunteers to help us build, serve on committees, and help with special projects that benefit the organization. Time commitments vary; some volunteers dedicate every day of the week to Junction City/Harrisburg/Monroe Habitat For Humanity and others spend just a few hours each month working on projects. As a volunteer for Junction City/Harrisburg/Monroe Habitat For Humanity, you can choose to volunteer as little or as often as you would like. All of these positions are a tremendous help that directly or indirectly result in the construction of simple, decent homes.

If you manage a business, one avenue for contribution is to allow your employees to form a work party at our construction site during work hours.
