Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities

Help Build!- Every Saturday we are working on the Edblom home at 340 North 6th Street in Harrisburg. We welcome all skill levels and volunteers must be at least 18 years old. (Youth should contact Liz Henderson at [ email ] for building opportunities) Come join us for a very hands on way to give back to your community.

Blues Build Benefit- Sunday July 31st we will be hosting our third annual benefit event filled with world class wine and blues music at Pfeiffer Winery. We need volunteers to help set up & clean up. If you are interested in helping on the day of the event or joining our planning team, please let us know.

Scandinavian Festival- August 12th-15th we will be having our annual Parking Lot at the Scandinavian Festival. You can help by signing up for a shift and enjoying the Festival while giving back to your community.

Youth Events- Our YOUTH United group is always planning new and fun events. Visit our youth page to learn more about what they're working on and how you can help.

Habitat volunteers contribute more than muscle. Creativity, strategy, and technical skills are among the many invaluable traits volunteers bring to the organization. Individual & Group Volunteers are welcome and we welcome any time commitment you can make, even if it is just once!

All of these positions are a tremendous help that directly or indirectly result in the construction of simple, decent homes. For more information, click on one of the categories on the Left Tool Bar under "Volunteer."

If you manage a business, one avenue for contribution is to allow your employees to form a work party at our construction site during work hours.
