Youth Landscaping Day- August 28th

Scandinavian Festival Parking Lot- August 12th to 15th

Thanks to all the volunteers who helped make our parking fundraiser during the Scandinavian Festival a success again this year.  We raised over $1,500.  A special thanks to Lois Munson for coordinating this event.

  4th Annual Jerry's Home Improvement Golf Tournament-August 27th Canceled

Due to a lack of golfers registering, we have regretfully canceled our 4th Annual Golf Tournament at Diamond Woods Golf course in Monroe.  We appreciate the financial support of the many business sponsors for the tournament including Jerry's Home Improvement Center, Paktech-OPI, Benton-Lane Winery, Blachly-Lane Electric Co-op, Costco, Dent Collision Repair, EPUD, Junction City Muffler Shop, Bob Dickman/Les Schwab Tire Center, Monroe Telephone Companuy, Oregon Horse Center, Pacific Ag Systems, Pacific Continental Bank, And Prudential Real Estate.

We are continuing with our Jerry's Home Improvement Center Raffle for a $1,000 Shopping Spree!  Tickets are available at the Habitat Office located at 585 Greenwood Street in Junction City & at Salon DeLange at 3007 North Delta Hwy, Suite 205 in Eugene.  Drawing will be 2:00 pm, Friday, August 27th at the Habitat office.  For more information call 541.998.9548 or email [ email ]

Fall Garage Sale-November 12th & 13th

The Fall Garage Sale will take place Friday November 12th and Saturday November 13th at the Methodist Church. You can drop off your donations at the church on Thursday November 11th. If you have donations prior to the event  please contact Lois Munson 541-998-8565.

Construction Volunteer Opportunites
Construction is continuing on the house for the Uriarte Family at 624 Erica Place in Harrisburg. We are building every Saturday so if you would like to help with construction, serve as a Construction Site Host  or help serve lunches to hard working volunteers please contact Janet Dunham, Volunteer Coordinator at [ email ]. Eat Out 4 Habitat at Rodeo Steak House & Grill- First Wednesday of Each Month

The first Wednesday of each Month, Rodeo Steak House will donate 10% of its proceeds to Junction City/Harrisburg/Monroe Habitat for Humanity. Bring your family and friends and join us any time between 11am and 10pm on the first Wednesday of each month, for great food, music and a fun way to help your neighbor!  Delta Blues Guitarist Adam Scramstad performs from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.  Adam represented the Rainy Day Blues Society at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis last January.

Youth Bird House Sale

The Youth Program is selling bird houses to raise money for the construction costs of the children's bedrooms of Habitat Homes. Bibrd Houses are sold for $15.00 or have fun making your own with a kit for $10.00. For more information click here .
